After extensive training and years of practice in behavioral health, Allison earned a Specialty Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Allison and her husband, Andrew, met in Knoxville, Tennessee where they worked and lived for several years. While Knoxville will always hold a special place in their hearts, they moved to Forth Worth to be closer to friends and family. They are joined by their three Labrador Retrievers, Rooney, Buddy, and Dolly.
